One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered betiji account. 2. Account Registration

One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold exactly one betiji account. Opening more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is strictly prohibited. betiji employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
Account Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your betiji username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betiji will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. 3. Age Restriction & KYC Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. betiji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betiji reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited as a restricted bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full;
- Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash);

- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts are treated as fraud.
Bonus Abuse
betiji monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market to guarantee completion of wagering requirements with minimal risk; creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum wagering thresholds across a pattern of accounts; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse are subject to cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of any winnings generated through abusive play, suspension or permanent closure of the account, and a ban on future bonus eligibility.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
The rules that govern sports betting, casino games, and all other wagering activity on the betiji platform.
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on betiji are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market concerned, as published in betiji's Sports Betting Rules documentation accessible from the platform's Help section. General rules applicable to all sports bets include:
- Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. betiji does not honour bets placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error;
- In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for data feed latency. betiji reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an outcome-defining event if the platform's data feed did not reflect the event in real time;
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in betiji's Sports Betting Rules;
- betiji's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the bet settlement date.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
The circumstances under which betiji may suspend or close a player account.
betiji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by betiji;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
- Discovery that the account holder has opened duplicate accounts;
- A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under betiji's responsible gaming programme;
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure;
- Reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a third party rather than the registered account holder.
Balance on Closure
Where a betiji account is closed due to a breach by the player, betiji reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where a betiji account is closed at betiji's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a business decision to exit a market), any real-money balance — excluding bonus credits — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability
